Product Engineer – Applied AI

We’re partnering with a 75-person AI company building an operating system for the industrial supply chain.

They started by building a staffing marketplace for warehouses, manufacturers and logistics companies, which has now processed millions of shifts. They’re using that customer base and data to build AI agents that automate the manual workflows behind staffing, logistics and supply chain operations.

They’ve raised $45m+ from Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures and General Catalyst and are now looking for a Product Engineer to help bring AI into the core product.

The role

You’ll take frontier models and existing AI agents and turn them into products used across the marketplace.

This could mean building an AI-powered vetting or matching workflow, automating operational processes or working on more traditional product areas like payments and platform infrastructure. It’s not a role where every problem needs to be solved with AI.

You’ll own products end-to-end across frontend, backend and AI, working closely with the CTO, product and design.

What you’ll be doing

• Apply AI agents and frontier models across worker, business and internal products
• Build automation around vetting, matching and fulfilment
• Own products end-to-end across frontend, backend and AI
• Build scalable APIs, distributed systems and real-time product infrastructure
• Work directly with the CTO on architecture and technical direction

What we're looking for

• 3 years+ of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack/product engineering background
• Experience owning and shipping products in an early-stage environment
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React experience
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs and applied AI

Stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, APIs
