Product Engineer

Tivoly, Inc. is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our team. This role collaborates across departments to develop products that precisely align with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include creating bills of materials (BOMs), manufacturing routings, cost simulations, technical drawings, and supporting engineering documentation. Leveraging knowledge of the manufacturing process, in turning, milling, and grinding, the Product Engineer designs efficient, consistent, and cost-effective production methods that maintain quality standards.

The Product Engineer delivers technical support during production, resolves manufacturing issues, and partners with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. This role requires leading teams diverse technical and operational teams.

The Product Engineer monitors emerging technologies, industry trends, and process advancements to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Quotation Support

• Define product requirements with customers.
• Develop specifications based on client needs.
• Create test routings for quoting.
• Build accurate cost simulations.
• Evaluate manufacturing feasibility early.
• Resolve client technical concerns directly.

Product Specification & Documentation

• Generate 2D and 3D CAD models.
• Create accurate engineering bills of material.
• Establish clear production routings.
• Simplify internal product specification workflows.
• Modernize departmental operational controls.
• Support the digitization of engineering records.

Quality & Production Support

• Troubleshoot real-time manufacturing issues.
• Identify root causes with Quality Assurance.
• Implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional defect prevention teams.
• Maintain strict company quality standards.

Market Research & Business Support

• Partner with Sales to evaluate trends.
• Assess capabilities of existing factory equipment.
• Provide occasional on-site customer support travel.
