What they need
- Lead and manage product development projects from concept to mass production.
- Improve and optimize existing products based on performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Review technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Provide engineering support to production, quality, and procurement teams.
- Identify root causes of product failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate prototype development and conduct functional and validation testing.
- Ensure all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
