Product Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer design data, developing manufacturing documentation, and ensuring PCB fabrication meets customer specifications and industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production priorities, improve manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer design packages to ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare Technical Queries (TQ), Manufacturing Instructions (MI), work instructions, process flows, and related documentation.
• Initiate and participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) meetings to resolve technical concerns.
• Collaborate with the Planning team to prioritize production jobs and support manufacturing schedules.
• Analyze customer requirements and engineering data to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product yield and quality.
• Ensure PCB fabrication processes comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and industry requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the PCB or electronics industry.
• Experience in PCB fabrication, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
