Product Engineer

Product Engineer — an engineer with strong visual taste, driving the next iteration of a subscription commerce platform. Fully remote, Poland. Our client is a seed-funded B2B SaaS company building software that lets businesses launch, upgrade and run their subscription offering. It sits at the intersection of ecommerce, payments and developer tools, starting with direct-to-consumer brands. The team is lean, very experienced, and has built companies together before.

You'll drive the development of the platform's next iteration, working daily with Product and Design to make it scalable, user-friendly and developer-centric.

What You'll Do → Shape product priorities with Product and Design and turn them into actionable engineering work

→ Contribute code where needed and take part in architectural discussions

→ Keep feature delivery predictable and transparent, and talk to customers directly

→ Promote engineering best practices across the team

What We're Looking For → 5+ years of cumulative experience as an engineer and/or product designer, ideally in product-led companies

→ Broad knowledge of technologies and stacks, and proven delivery in complex systems and cross-functional teams

→ Strong visual and product taste, and comfort working the lean startup way

→ Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)

→ Bonus: ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) or subscription systems
