Key Responsibilities

Develop and document manufacturing processes for new and existing products, including routings, work instructions, fixturing, tooling, and equipment requirements.
Create and maintain component and assembly drawings, design standards, specifications, and supporting system documentation using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
Build and maintain bills of material and routings within the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy as products move into full production.

Conduct process capability studies and support first article inspection, PPAP, and related product qualification activities.
Partner with sourcing and procurement to establish the supply base, defining supplier technical requirements and component specifications and supporting supplier qualification.
Troubleshoot product, process, and equipment issues on the shop floor, applying structured root cause analysis to drive lasting solutions.
Contribute to APQP, PFMEA, and control plan development in partnership with the quality team.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen quality, yield, cost, and throughput.
Support application and customer technical questions in partnership with the sales team, with increasing involvement as the business and operations mature.
Document and share technical knowledge across engineering and operations to strengthen the capability of the broader team.
Ensure work meets applicable safety, regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
Other related duties and projects as assigned.
Adhere to company code of conduct.
Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software for component and assembly design and detailed drawings.
