Responsibilities

1. Optimize, improve, develop and maintain production tests, processes and infrastructure for new and existing product lines.
2. Responsible for testing, verification and conducting failure analysis of prototype/RMA units in the lab.
3. Define and document all mass production and testing requirements for new and existing products.
4. Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure product designs are executed with attention to quality and precision.
5. Oversee the quality assurance processes during mass production to maintain and enhance product yield rates and ensure high standards are consistently met.
6. Support transitioning products from design to mass production, including the development and implementation of robust testing processes across various factories.
7. Any other job responsibility as assigned including lab tasks and testing products.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Related fields.
2. Proficiency in Python, C++, Databases, Linux.
3. Experience in production process or product validation.
4. Familiar with electronics components and IC.
5. Skilled in soldering, assembly and debugging PCBs and electrical components.
6. Experience in PC products and microcontrollers is a plus.
7. Familiar with design tools, like Altium, Allegro is a plus.
8. Communication skills to deal with factories in Asia.
