Product Engineer (Electronics)

About the role

Responsible for the product design support, evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement of electronic circuits and components used in motor driver products. The role oversees component qualification, circuit verification, technical documentation, and product troubleshooting to ensure product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify electronic components, circuits, and alternative parts for new and existing products
• Review component specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements to ensure suitability and compliance
• Perform circuit testing, validation, and troubleshooting using electronic test equipment
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues
• Support product improvement, cost reduction, and component localization initiatives
• Create and maintain schematics, technical drawings, BOMs, test reports, and engineering documentation
• Investigate product reliability, quality, and field-related issues, and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers to support product development and manufacturing activities
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including product validation and product readiness
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards

About you

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines
• Able to read circuit schematics, electronics symbols, and technical drawings
• Familiar with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, electronic loads, and power supplies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
