Product Engineer (Mechanical)

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• East - Kaki Bukit
• Basic UP $3500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and qualify new or alternative mechanical components to support cost reduction and supply continuity.
• Review component specifications, engineering drawings and technical requirements to ensure suitability and compliance.
• Plan and conduct component validation activities, analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, specifications and evaluation records.
• Coordinate technical matters with suppliers and internal teams to support product and manufacturing requirements.
• Support component localization, engineering changes and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer and relevant industry standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering or related disciplines.
• No experience required, training will be provided
