Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and capable Product Engineer to take ownership of our product and technology portfolio.

This role will act as the key technical point of contact across the organization, responsible for ensuring all products function reliably, driving product improvements, and coordinating with suppliers to enhance overall system performance.

The ideal candidate is practical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

·         Be responsible for all company products, including ventilation equipment and control systems

·         Learn and understand how all products work and how systems are connected

·         Provide technical support to internal teams, including sales, service, and installation

·         Troubleshoot product and system problems on-site and remotely

·         Work with suppliers to solve technical issues and improve products

·         Check and understand control systems, including inverters, control panels, and HMIs

·         Support debugging and analysis of firmware and control logic when problems arise

·         Suggest and implement ways to improve existing products for performance, reliability, and usability

·         Research new suppliers and technologies to enhance our product lineup

·         Help introduce new or improved products into the company’s portfolio

·         Make sure all systems work properly during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service

·         Keep technical documents and system standards updated and accurate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, or related field)
• 3–8 years of experience in industrial systems, equipment, or system integration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of control systems (inverter, control panels, electrical systems)
• Familiarity with HMI, PLC, or firmware concepts is an advantage
• Experience working with suppliers or OEM manufacturers
• Good communication skills in English and Thai (for technical coordination)
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Able to travel abroad to troubleshoot projects or see customers
• Good English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ventilation, HVAC, or industrial equipment systems (optional)
• Experience with HMI or control system integration
• Experience sourcing or evaluating new products/suppliers
• Experience working with international suppliers (e.g., China, USA, others)
• Hands-on experience with installation or commissioning
