Product Executive

Responsibilities

• Enquire and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers to secure deals and increase market share
• Update and maintain pricing information accurately in the system
• Monitor and renew expiring quotations in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive demand creation activities
• Coordinate with suppliers to request and track product samples
• Handle vendor code setup and new part creation processes
• Obtain and maintain trade compliance information from suppliers
• Manage and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets, drawings, RoHS, and REACH compliance documents from Suppliers
• Follow up with the sales team on supplier referrals and leads
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and issues during PO loading and receiving processes
• Support SBM with supplier-related administrative matters

Requirements

• Diploma or above in preferably a commercial, financial or technical direction or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ related working experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
