PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

Manage and grow our break room product portfolio across B2B and B2B2C channels. Drive category sales, profit, and customer satisfaction through product sourcing, supplier negotiation, and market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Category Management

• Manage break room product portfolio
• Source and evaluate new products based on market trends and customer preferences
• Achieve sales and profit targets; implement pricing strategies across channels
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance

Supplier & Commercial Management

• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and purchase orders with suppliers
• Resolve procurement and delivery issues with vendors
• Build relationships with new business partners to expand customer base
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize product mix

Cross-department Collaboration

• Work with sales team to promote products and win new business
• Support marketing team on brand and product promotion activities
• Analyze sales data and market performance to adjust strategies
• Prepare product presentations and proposals for customers

Requirements

Experience & Education

• University degree

• 5 years in merchandising or retail buying

• FMCG experience preferred

Skills

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Data analysis and numerical ability
• Problem-solving with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proactive and resourceful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Works well in fast-paced environments
