We’re looking for a Product Executive to join our team and play an important role in supporting product planning, launches, promotions and market execution.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn, with exposure to different aspects of product management, sales performance and commercial activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of product and trade deployment plans, including on-ground activities for the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate promotion plans and activities in line with principal direction and company objectives.
• Support new product launches from planning to execution, including product registration, trade presentation decks, pricing structures and sample readiness.
• Monitor and maintain A&P expenditure, ensuring proper documentation, tracking and timely processing.
• Prepare regular sales and product performance reports, including data compilation, tracking and basic analysis.
• Support sales forecasting by consolidating historical sales data and maintaining updated tracking files.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure POSM and promotional materials are prepared and delivered on time.
• Monitor market execution and provide updates and insights from market visits where required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient product team operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! 🎓
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Approachable, proactive and willing to learn.
• A good team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
