Product Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive to support the development and delivery of innovative digital and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate product initiatives, and drive successful product implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate product enhancement requests, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and project activities across different teams.
• Prepare product requirements, test cases and related documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct product launches, user training and adoption activities.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis and business analysis to support product planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Product Development or related fields.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship experience may also be considered.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about building innovative products that create business value.
