What they need

About the Role

As a Product Executive, you will be responsible for the precise setup, pricing and content management of our ticket and hotel products. You will accurately load rates, margins and API data across our systems while maintaining high levels of accuracy across all customer-facing pages and back-end reservations systems including content, logistical details and great imagery for both ticket-only and hotels.

You will assist with loading special offers and ensure all key details customers require are accurate. You will play a key role in maintaining established relationships with external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring product launches, special offers and seasonal updates run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply & System Operation

  • Load and maintain negotiated rates, seasonal dates and pricing contracts promptly.
  • Keep product availability calendars up to date across internal systems.
  • Audit and verify system-generated customer documentation for accuracy.
  • Serve as the point of contact for system and inventory queries from Sales, Operations, Marketing, and API teams.

Content & Commercial Management

  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, copy and high-resolution imagery across all customer-facing websites.
  • Optimise content using basic SEO best practices to boost search rankings.
  • Assist with margin settings and review margin reports to help maximise revenue and profitability.

Supplier Liaison

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to verify inventory accuracy and identify expansion opportunities

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded, positive team player with a genuine passion for travel. You’ll thrive in our friendly, close-knit team where everyone backs each other, and you naturally enjoy connecting and collaborating across other departments. While you love being part of a supportive, cohesive team, you are equally happy taking initiative, taking ownership, and driving your own tasks forward.

  • High attention to detail, strong analytical logic and a flexible approach to mastering our tech systems are a must.
  • Prior experience with a CMS or API product loading is a major plus, but an eagerness to learn matters most.
  • Confidently connect and collaborate with both external suppliers and cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Tech/API.

Essential Requirements

  • Candidates must already possess the right to work in the UK. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.
  • Must be able to work from our Brixton office 2 days per week, usually Tuesday and Friday, London SW9 8PL.
