PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Product Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the lifecycle management, trade execution, and commercial success of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into successful market realities and drive consumer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing new product developments (NPD), line extensions, and thematic marketing campaigns
• Coordinate the production and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM), sampling activations, and retail merchandising displays with the sales team and agencies
• Conduct regular market visits and analyze consumer trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor monthly sales data, evaluate the ROI of promotional activities, and maintain up-to-date tracking of the marketing budget
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to monitor stock inventory levels for campaigns and work with Regulatory Affairs to ensure product packaging complies with local standards
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with external creative, media, and activation agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in the FMCG or retail sector
• High-caliber fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in FMCG are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders
• A high degree of initiative, a collaborative team-player mindset, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
