Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and introducing new products frequently.
• Coordinating with designers and suppliers for the new creations.
• Creating product range for collection and promotion launches.
• Monitoring sales performance of new introductions.
• Suggesting best sellers based on the design performance.
• Exit plan for non-moving designs.
• Understanding Trends and doing market research.
• Planning and preparing planograms for new stores.
• Review and suggest corrections in the Planogram of existing stores based on the required turn.
• Ensuring alignment of stores is above the threshold level.
• Visiting competition frequently, to understand their product offerings.
• Promotion offers and collection launches.
• Comparing their pricing strategy.
• Monitoring any changes in Buy back and exchange policy.
• Reviewing and maintaining the required product GP for each category.
• Suggest any changes or revisions of selling prices.
• Ensuring the prices are competitive in the market.
• Suggest pricing of new ingredients for management approval.
