Product Executive (KL)

About the role

This role involves supporting efforts to assess the organization's current state, direction, structure, and requirements. You will prepare and translate business requirements documentation into detailed functional and technical specifications, work with stakeholders and project teams to define problems and identify solutions, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support assessment of the organization's current state, direction, structure, and requirements
• Prepare and translate business requirements documentation into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Work with stakeholders and project teams to define problems and identify potential solutions
• Present, review and validate captured business and functional requirements with customers and stakeholders
• Provide consultation to stakeholders on gaming e-commerce best practices
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
• Manage, monitor and update the development team on stakeholder priorities
• Validate technical delivery for compliance to functional requirements
• Assist in testing and validating new features to ensure they meet requirements and deliver an excellent user experience
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues by using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts

About you

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience from analyzing business requirements and translating into functional requirements
• Basic experience in programming and/or e-commerce platform knowledge
• Degree in IT, Engineering or Business majors
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for BM, English and Mandarin
• Comfortable with interviewing and probing to help information gathering and translate findings into business requirement documentations
• Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Possess project management skills
