PRODUCT EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and product positioning.
• Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Create Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, providing them with the necessary tools and materials.
• Monitor Product Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve product success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) can be advantageous.
• Experience: Previous experience in product marketing or a related role is essential, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing materials and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Renumeration Package

Basic Salary         : RM 6,000 to 7,000

Mobile                  : RM 100

Petrol           : By receipt for Offsite task only (Limit RM 500)

Toll & Parking      : By receipt for Offsite task only
