About the role

Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Executive to join its operations team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving product vision, development, and market success. As Product Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role is integral to the company's growth trajectory and market competitiveness within the technology solutions sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Create user friendly and pleasing designs that caters all target customers.
• Create and manage consistent design systems.
• Build user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and site maps.
• Collate assets and design systems for smooth handover to developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver final designs.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and technical requirements across markets.
• Support documentation, product roadmaps, and operational processes.
• Act as a point of contact for product-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time related industry experience
• Proficient in soft wares like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of responsive design, user-centered principles, and accessibility standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement designs effectively.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills to explain design choices to the teams.
• Team-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Adaptable and open-minded, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
