Role Overview:
Act as a domain and product SME, supporting Product Owners, Product Managers, and Agile Teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product/domain expertise during feature and story refinement.
- Support acceptance criteria, clarifications, and customer use cases.
- Participate in demos, UAT, training, and product validation.
- Identify product gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer.
- Train development, QA, and support teams on product functionality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong domain expertise, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance & Refunds.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical understanding.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and continuous-learning mindset.
