Tasks

• Analyzing technical issues and developing sustainable solutions for service cases
• Coordinating collaboration and the flow of information between partners, the field sales team, Product Management, and Engineering
• Coordinating and monitoring repairs with regard to technical aspects, deadlines, and costs
• Receiving and handling customer claims and complaints
• Preparing quotations and technical customer information
• Maintaining systems and documenting completed cases
• Maintaining and analyzing fault and repair statistics
• Clarifying warranty claims related to repairs and service activities
• Managing inventory and warehouse operations
• Creating and implementing process descriptions and work instructions

Profile

• Technical vocational training (e.g. optician, polymechanic, automation technician, or electronics technician), complemented by further education at HF/TS, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level
• Fluent German and English skills at a professional level; additional languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ideally, previous experience in service or customer support
• Experience in mechanical and plant engineering or medical technology is an advantage
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a strong interest in working in an international environment
• Willingness to participate in scheduled hotline support outside regular business hours
