Product Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Product-Led Growth strategy
• Improve user activation, engagement, retention, and conversion using product insights

Design and optimize:

• Freemium / free-trial experiences
• In-product onboarding flows
• Feature adoption journeys
• Partner closely with:
• Product Managers
• Engineering
• Design
• Marketing & Sales
• Run A/B tests and experiments on product features and user flows
• Define and track PLG metrics such as:
• Activation rate
• Time-to-value (TTV)
• Product Qualified Leads (PQLs)
• Expansion revenue
• Use user behavior data to identify friction points and growth opportunities
• Drive self-serve revenue and reduce dependency on sales-led motions
