Federated Hermes is seeking a Product Information Associate to join our Product Information Group based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFIs, and 15(c) reviews, help maintain the group's presence across third-party consultant databases, and contribute to the build-out of automation tools that support the team's content and database management efforts. You will also serve as a key connector between subject-matter experts across the firm to ensure product and firm information delivered to clients and consultants is accurate and timely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable working with data, and thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

What you can expect:

As a Product Information Associate, you will:

  • Coordinate the completion of DDQs and RFIs, including project plans, timelines, and distribution of materials to internal partners.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather information, clarify client inquiries, and support content development.
  • Draft clear, compliant written responses for review by investment, product, and sales teams.
  • Follow defined proposal, review, and compliance processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Use established data-entry processes, data transformation templates, and automation tools to help populate third-party consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, Callan, Morningstar) with accurate data.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, automation efforts, and broader Product Information Group initiatives while building product and firm knowledge.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field required; FINRA SIE preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the investment management industry required.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in applying technology, including AI, to improve business workflows.
  • Prior exposure to DDQs, RFPs, client-facing requests, or an internship in financial services is a plus, along with familiarity with Responsive, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
