Product Innovation Staff

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Coordinate multiple New Development Project Cimory Dairy
• Understanding and Execute consumer research related to New Development Project.
• Having cross department coordination with RD, Regulatory, Purchasing, PPIC, Marketing & Manufacturing team in handling NPD project
• Monitor emerging trends regarding food and beverage industry to determine potential innovation suit to Cimory NPD strategies
• Actively and continuously improve the system of new product development to get the most suitable to Cimory’s model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related fields

• Strong project leadership and end-to-end project management skills.

• High flexibility and adaptability to changes in marketing direction or strategy.

• Solid understanding of consumer research methodologies and F&B industry landscape.

• Agile, Passionate in food business, Precise in manage data
