Product Integration Manager (Recent Grads)

WANTED

: A smart, ambitious product integration leader to help run a fast-growing technology company.

You will serve as a product integration expert to identify strategic partnership opportunities for the LiveSwitch Communication Platform.  As an Integration Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, networking, and building relationships with prospective enterprise partners.

The responsibilities of this role are diverse and will include product testing, technical support, conducting client focus groups, enterprise sales, and marketing.

We are looking for recent grads with a strong intellect and a passion for technology, who execute with excellence and possess superior customer service skills.  As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure to multiple areas of the company.  

What you will be doing

• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our integration partnership client base
• Develop subject-matter expertise in the LiveSwitch communication  platform
• Identify and source new customers and partnership integration opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service through technical support, product improvements, and client follow-up.
• Individuals in this role will be working at least 70 hours per week

What We’re Looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.8+
• 1 - 4  years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. An entrepreneurial ethos with a drive for measurable success. Startup experience is a plus.
• A proven leader and self-starter.
