Product Internship

• As a Product Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Product team to support discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch across active initiatives
• You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech turns customer problems into shipped features
• Team Integration: You’ll be paired with a Product Manager and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners, sitting in on planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews
• Real-World Projects: You’ll conduct user and market research, help translate findings into requirements and user stories, track feature execution, and support go-to-market and launch readiness
• Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth
• Program runs June 21 - August 13, 2027 (8 weeks, full-time, in our NYC office)
• We are targeting a finalized cohort by December 1, 2026

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Business, Product Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals- We review applications and conduct interviews on a rolling basis as they come in
