Product Launch Coordinator

About the role

This is a project management professional role leading end-to-end new product development for TGA listed medicines. With cross functional coordination from product concept through to product launch, this role oversees workflows across research & development, regulatory, quality assurance, manufacturing and supply chain. This is a 2IC position reporting into the Product Development and Innovation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• End to end project management, governance and planning of new product development
• Maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring timely information and alignment with all stakeholders
• Organise and chair cross-functional stakeholder meetings
• Drive on time delivery of projects, identify risks and implementing corrective action where applicable
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue resolution and collaborative decision making
• Develop and refine project strategies to improve efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance

About you

• Experience in Complementary Medicines NPD - particular familiarity with GMP/TGA requirements
• Demonstrated Project Management skills including scheduling, milestone management, contingency planning, risk assessment and mitigation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation, attention to detail and deadline management
• Adaptable, resilient and able to work effectively under pressure
