We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Product Launch Engineer to play a critical role in our continued expansion. What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products
• Drive new product launches , including initial sampling, first production runs, and full process validation
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful, on-time product introductions aligned with customer requirements
• Develop and implement process controls, specifications, and inspection methods , including statistical tools such as histograms
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation (“blue books”) , ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Troubleshoot production and process issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Oversee tooling design, procurement, inspection, and setup to meet launch and production timelines
• Establish and maintain tool control systems , including identification, tracking, and maintenance procedures
• Collaborate with Quality and external vendors to ensure consistent product quality and compliance
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality
• Support manufacturing operations by resolving technical challenges and ensuring smooth production flow
