Product Lead

About the role

JDSC is an independent digital supply chain credit enhancement platform under Janco Holdings (08035.HK). Using IoT (RFID) + blockchain evidence storage + risk control data center, it builds a trusted technology bridge between banks and warehouses. The product covers three scenarios: procurement financing, warehouse receipt financing, and accounts receivable financing.

Key responsibilities

• Define value propositions, pricing models, and profit-sharing mechanisms for three product lines
• Identify target customer segments (pharmaceuticals, commodities, high-value consumer goods) and define customer admission standards and approved goods whitelist
• Co-develop LTV caps, cargo valuation, warning lines, and default handling with risk control teams
• Co-design financing product terms, approval processes, and fund disbursement and repayment paths with banks and funding providers
• Write BRDs, business plans, and product whitepapers
• Write and maintain PRDs covering warehouse receipt management, task center, risk control center, rules center, and data center modules
• Design warehouse receipt lifecycle: receipt, generation, on-chain, pledge, partial release, verification, cancellation
• Design end-to-end processes for three financing scenarios including payment instructions for procurement financing and discounting and settlement for accounts receivable financing
• Design risk control rules engine for expiry warnings, price fluctuations, RFID violations, customer transaction anomalies, and accounts receivable overdue
• Design bank, merchant, and warehouse portal functions and permission isolation

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or business experience, with at least 2 years in supply chain finance, trade finance, factoring, or inventory pledge work
• Ability to define products from business model, customer value, and revenue structure perspectives and break down requirements into developable features
• Familiarity with at least one complete financing product business chain: procurement financing, inventory pledge, or accounts receivable financing
• Understanding of bank risk control language: LTV, pledge rate, warning lines, default handling, buyer confirmation, co-managed accounts
• Commercial negotiation and partnership coordination capabilities to directly engage with banks, warehouses, and funding providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English

主要職責

A. 業務層面

• 商業模式設計：定義三條產品線嘅價值主張、收費模式、分潤機制
• 市場與客戶洞察：識別目標客群（醫藥、大宗商品、高值消費品），定義客戶准入標準、貨品准入白名單
• 產品定價與風控框架：與風控共同制定 LTV 上限、貨值認定、預警線與違約處置
• 資金方對接：與銀行/資金方共同設計融資產品條款、審批流程、放款與回款路徑
• 商業文件撰寫：撰寫 BRD、商業計劃書、產品白皮書

B. 產品層面

• 撰寫及維護 PRD，涵蓋倉單管理、任務中心、風控中心、規則中心、資料中心五大模組
• 設計倉單生命週期：接收、生成、上鏈、質押、部分解押、核查、註銷
• 設計三大融資場景的端到端流程，包括採購融資的付款指令、應收賬融資的貼現與回款結算
• 設計風控規則引擎：效期預警、價格波動、RFID 違規出庫、客戶單量異常、應收賬逾期
• 設計銀行、商家、倉庫三端門戶的功能與權限隔離
• 與技術團隊協作，參與技術方案評審

C. 業務運營層面

• 客戶與合作方溝通：參與銀行風控溝通、倉庫營運對接、商家方案宣講
• 規模化路徑：設計從自營倉到加盟倉、從醫藥到大宗商品的擴張路徑

任職要求

必須具備

• 5年以上產品或業務經驗，其中至少 2 年從事供應鏈金融 / 貿易融資 / 保理 / 存貨質押相關工作
• 既能從商業模式、客戶價值、收入結構出發定義產品，也能把需求拆解成可開發的功能
• 熟悉至少一種融資產品的完整業務鏈條：採購融資、存貨質押、應收賬融資
• 理解銀行風控語言：LTV、質押率、預警線、違約處置、買方確權、共管賬戶
• 具備商業談判與合作對接能力：能與銀行、倉庫、資金方直接對話
• 優秀的中英文書面及口語溝通能力

加分項

• 有 WMS、IoT、區塊鏈或數字倉單項目經驗
• 有醫藥、大宗商品（金屬 / 能源 / 農產品）行業背景
• 熟悉香港及內地供應鏈金融監管框架（放債人牌照、保理相關政策）
• 具備財務分析能力（能看懂損益表、現金流、壞賬準備計提）
• 有撰寫商業計劃書或融資材料的經驗
