Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead Engineer (Data AI) to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, ensuring product architecture and development align with technology roadmaps and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions for Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation technologies.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, applying them to enhance product offerings.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with business partners, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements.
• Optimize product performance and scalability using cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering innovation.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or IT.

Required Skills & Experience (26 years):

• Proven experience in engineering roles with focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
• Strong background in software development and software engineering.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
• Knowledge of data structures (Stacks, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet goals.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry domains — Clinical, Safety, Regulatory.
