Marketing & Digital Content Specialist for Ecommerce

As a Marketing & Digital Content Specialist you will serve as the product lister and secondary oversight to brands Mass Depot represents on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). This Business Development role works within the listings department.

This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and attachment of product listings on multiple ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) This role consists of launching/listing new products, and the regular maintenance of existing listings.

Responsibilities

· Create listings that meet provided requirements.

· Provide written word content to complete a product copy correctly and effectively.

· Effectively deliver the desired listing content and brand message.

· Update and publish content/listings across all selling platforms.

· Utilize technical sales knowledge to enhance product listings.

· Resolve listings issues within selling platforms by submitting tickets/cases.

· Provide weekly reports for assigned brands/projects.

· Finish all tasks assigned.

Qualifications

· Must have strong computer literacy

· Software experience – I.E Microsoft

· File preparation experience

· Content creation experience

· Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and keep a flexible workload

· Detail oriented and can complete tasks flawlessly

· Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Hours
Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:30pm
*During peak season we do work some Saturdays.
