Product Load Executive

PRODUCT LOAD EXECUTIVE - EUROPE (6-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

Build hands-on Europe product expertise with a global travel company, backed by training and mentorship from day one. As our Product Load Executive, you'll own the accuracy of every rate, package and promotion our consultants and customers rely on, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Load and maintain Europe products, rates, inventory and availability in our reservation system
• Process contract amendments, addendums and supplier updates, and quality check every change
• Keep product descriptions, inclusions, booking conditions and images accurate and current
• Validate loaded pricing against supplier contracts and resolve discrepancies with DMCs and suppliers
• Maintain markups, inflation rates and extended rate structures, and assist with one-off pricing calculations
• Load and manage promotions and campaigns accurately and on time
• Support Reservations with product, pricing and policy enquiries, and keep them informed of load timelines
• Support the Europe Product Manager with tasks such as marketing proformas

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience working in reservation, booking or product management systems (Calypso strongly preferred)
• Experience in wholesale, retail or travel operations
• Confidence reading contracts, rates and supplier agreements
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, and intermediate to advanced Excel
• A high level of accuracy when working with detailed information
• Clear communication and the organisation to hit deadlines
• Available to start on a 6-month fixed-term contract

HIGHLY REGARDED

• Product, contracting or inventory management experience
• Wholesale travel or tour operating background
• Europe destination knowledge
