Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Product Management Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the jewellery industry, preferably in backend operations.

The role will primarily focus on follow-ups, coordination, product availability, inventory movement, and ensuring all product-related activities are completed on time without delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with stores and internal teams regarding product requirements and availability.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Vendors, and Stores to ensure products are available on time.
• Regularly follow up on pending orders, deliveries, stock replenishment, and product transfers.
• Track all pending activities and ensure they are completed within the required timeline.
• Identify potential delays and follow up with the concerned team to resolve them immediately.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure orders and deliveries are received as per schedule.
• Follow up on inter-store stock transfers and ensure timely movement of products.
• Monitor inventory and identify stock shortages or pending requirements.
• Maintain product and inventory records in Excel/system.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly updates on pending requirements, product availability, and stock movement.
• Ensure no product requirement, order, delivery, or transfer is unnecessarily delayed.
• Escalate important delays or issues to the Product Management Lead/Management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of jewellery industry experience is mandatory.
• Backend operations experience in jewellery is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to track multiple activities and ensure timely completion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and product management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Profile

Female candidates with experience in jewellery backend operations, inventory, purchase coordination, merchandising, or store support will be preferred.
