Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager looking to join our Growth / Retention Product Team. As a PM, you will have end-to-end ownership of identifying opportunities, crafting requirements/PRDs, executing launches, driving user adoption, optimizing the user lifecycle, driving ecosystem penetration, and building engaging products and flows for millions of Indian users. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders to shape detailed product and business requirements and ensure seamless integration with the internal credit risk systems and marketing engines to drive business.

You will be responsible to manage engagement with internal and external third parties. Along with that, contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan.

You will use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to create the product roadmap and work with Engineering and Design teams for delivery. In essence, you'll be one of those leading the charge in building best-in-class financial product experiences for millions.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of overall work experience with 3+ years in a B2C product management role
• Experience with product-led journeys for financial products, ideation, and funnel improvement
• Good track record in designing product solutions to solve business problems. Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer
• Experience with managing business from a high level funnel monitoring to smallest atom based tracking
• Ability to create a strategic product roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from senior stakeholders.
• Effectively use 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact
• Experience in working with Engineering to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with engineering through multiple product release cycles
• Strong analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision making
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantly changing

Nice to have:

• Proven track record of increasing LTV or retention rates.
• Experience working with large datasets to segment users (e.g., distinguishing a 'risky' borrower from a 'high-potential borrower).
• Experience building products that form habits rather than just facilitate transactions.

As a Product Manager you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of your product area, its business impact and Indian financial ecosystem
• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term.
• Own the product/business metrics for features product releases
• Create quality PRDs, work with Engineering and UI/UX team to deliver product releases with top notch app experiences.
• Constantly analyse the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.
• Analyze user data and conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize the product experience.
• Collaborate with different teams and senior leadership to drive the product agenda.
• Drive DAU/MAU retention by gamifying financial behaviors and user engagement loops.
