Hussh is betting on the ads economy — and we love ads. Done right, an ad is a person finding exactly what they wanted. Ours will be a hundred times better, because ours begin with consent.
Here is the mechanism we are building: the reverse auction of personal information. People offer the information they choose to offer — their interests, their intent, their moment — through their own private agent. Brands then bid for that attention, on the person's terms. The person controls what they see, and they are paid for it.
We are hiring the product manager for the ads platform: the person's consent controls, the advertiser experience, the reverse-auction mechanics themselves — working with the Head of Ads Platform and engineering every day. You have shipped ads or platform products at real scale — auctions, marketplaces, or developer surfaces in your bones — and you understand, deeply, how platforms work and how they scale. Your job is to make consented advertising outperform surveillance advertising — for the person first, and therefore for the advertiser, and therefore for the whole economy we are part of.
We are not here to shrink the ads economy. We are here to be its disruptor from inside — and to make it bigger and better. If that is the platform you want to build, apply.
