Product Manager – Agentic AI

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our team on-site in Marrakech. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to build and deploy cutting-edge products centered on Agentic AI—autonomous AI agents designed to execute complex workflows, make decisions, and collaborate with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our upcoming Agentic AI initiatives.
• Team Guidance: Lead day-to-day operations with software engineers, AI researchers, and UI/UX designers using Agile methodologies.
• Agentic AI Feature Definition: Define user stories, requirements, and evaluation metrics specifically tailored to AI agents (e.g., prompt workflows, task decomposition, autonomy thresholds, and safety guardrails).
• Execution & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from initial discovery and prototyping to testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
• User & Market Research: Analyze user feedback, market trends, and emerging AI research to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate goals, project progress, and key metrics clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on Product Management experience leading digital software products.
• AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., tool calling, multi-agent coordination, orchestration workflows).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional engineering and design teams toward a shared vision.
• Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmapping.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data, user testing, and AI performance evaluations to drive product decisions.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
• Work Arrangement: Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Marrakech office.

Nice to Have

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Direct experience shipping AI/ML features or working with LLM APIs in production.
