Product Manager, AI

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the roadmap for AI initiatives that improve consumer and patient experiences while maintaining a strong focus on safety and trust. You will partner closely with engineering, data, operations, and clinical stakeholders to shape intuitive workflows and measurable outcomes. The position will also work with executive leaders to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress as AI capabilities move from concept to broader scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for AI initiatives from conception to global scale
• Define clear problem statements and success metrics balancing user value and safety
• Ensure cohesive patient and provider AI experiences throughout workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to create delightful AI user experiences
• Design AI systems prioritizing safety and trust in collaboration with operations and clinical teams
• Implement experimentation and continuous learning to refine user experiences
• Communicate tradeoffs and progress on AI initiatives to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer product management experience with AI/ML-focused products
• Proven record of delivering engaging consumer experiences with measurable business results
• Familiarity with LLM systems and their application in user experiences
• Strong grasp of consumer journey design and creating intuitive, trustworthy products
• Experience in defining and iterating user and system-level metrics
• Skilled in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Accountable for end-to-end outcomes with strong cross-functional communication skills
