Product Manager (AI / Digital Platform)

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and growth of AI-powered products.

The ideal candidate has strong product management experience and understands how AI can be applied to content recommendation, personalization, user engagement, content generation, intelligent tools, and platform optimization.

You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, operations, and business teams to turn AI capabilities into practical products that improve user experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered video, gaming, and digital entertainment products

• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, recommendation systems, machine learning, and automation to improve products and user experience

• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and product specifications

• Work closely with AI/ML and engineering teams to develop and launch AI features

• Develop AI applications for areas such as content recommendation, personalization, content generation, intelligent search, user profiling, and engagement optimization

• Analyze user behavior, product data, and market trends to identify new product opportunities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research, concept development, MVP, testing, launch, and continuous optimization

• Work with UI/UX teams to design intuitive and engaging product experiences

• Coordinate with business, marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches

• Define and monitor key product KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue

• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies, models, and tools and identify opportunities for product innovation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management in AI
• Experience managing products from concept to launch and continuous optimization
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI applications
• Familiar with AI products, LLMs, recommendation systems, content generation, or intelligent automation
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven product mindset
• Good understanding of user experience, product design, and digital business models
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
