Product Manager - AI Recruiting

The company helps organizations find, engage, and hire top talent faster by automating sourcing workflows and augmenting human decision-making with intelligent tools. Missions

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company vision and growth goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features quickly
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Analyze product usage and performance to inform decisions
• Run experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on product positioning and launches
• Stay close to customers through interviews, demos, and feedback loops
• Monitor industry trends in AI, HR tech, and recruiting

Working Conditions

• Location: Brussels (hybrid or flexible work setup)

1. 3–6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
2. Strong product sense with a focus on user experience and outcomes
3. Comfortable working with technical teams (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
4. Data-driven with experience using product analytics tools
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
7. Curious about AI and the future of work
8. Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
