Product Manager (Bank)

Our client - a renowned Chinese bank is looking for a high calibre Product Manager join their team. In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end product development with a focus on securities product / online banking / mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Own retail products from inception to launch, overseeing product design, development, promotional campaigns, and post-launch performance tuning
• Market & Customer Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research, trend analysis, and client assessments to discover romms for product innovation and improvement
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with technology and operations divisions to roll out product features, streamline systems, and deliver a seamless user experience
• Strategy & Roadmap Planning: Build strategic product roadmaps and marketing plans, evaluate competitive landscapes and market shifts, and empower sales teams to expand market share
• Industry Monitoring: Stay informed on evolving market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor developments to continuously enhance product and service quality
• Additional Duties: Handle ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration
• 4 to 6 years of experience within the banking or financial sector, backed by strong financial literacy and a comprehensive understanding of US stocks product / online banking with iAM Smart integration
• Candidates from securities firms with solid experience in US stock product development are also welcome
• Demonstrated proficiency in market research and data analysis, with the ability to translate market trends and product features into data-driven innovations and decisions
• Solid background in product design and end-to-end lifecycle management, with the autonomy to drive requirement analysis, deployment, and optimization
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to effectively align cross-functional team
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency serving as a strong advantage
