Product Manager - Client Product

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Client Product to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the product roadmap for a customer-facing offering, aligning long-term product direction with business strategy and measurable outcomes. The position will partner closely with business leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to prioritize releases, remove roadblocks, and drive execution against key objectives. It will also engage directly with customers to uncover needs, shape product hypotheses, and ensure the team delivers value through iterative development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,814 – $179,690 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Ensure execution of business strategies through product roadmaps
• Lead collaboration to prioritize the product roadmap and releases
• Resolve conflicts in a constructive manner when necessary
• Ensure product teams understand and achieve necessary business outcomes
• Track and ensure Key Performance Indicators deliver business value
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and translate them into product hypotheses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7-9 years of relevant business experience, including in a product owner role or similar
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
• Expertise in Agile Product Management and stakeholder management
• High organization and attention to detail
• Passion for new technology and trends
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills across organizational levels
