What they need
Join Gladex Travel and Tours and help create exciting travel experiences! We're looking for a creative and results-driven Product Development Manager who can develop innovative travel products and build strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance domestic and international travel products.
Research travel trends and customer preferences.
Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.
Negotiate rates and secure competitive deals.
Oversee the product development process from planning to launch.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Gather customer feedback and optimize travel packages.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in product development, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and market trends.
Experience in supplier management and negotiations.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Setup Full-time
