Product Manager

• Formulate and execute short-term and long-term brand and marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives
• Lead end-to-end product planning based on seasonality, market trends, and consumer insights
• Define and manage pricing strategies in alignment with gold prices, cost structures, and competitive positioning
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, profitability, and market share to drive data-driven decisions
• Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions, campaigns, and sales support activities across all channels
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including purchasing, production, sales, and digital marketing
• Manage and control the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Planning, or Trade Marketing
• Experience in gold, jewelry, or retail business is a strong advantage
