Product Manager

1.     Oversee the product development process from concept development, formulation, testing, sampling, packaging, and product launch.

2.     Lead and manage the Product Innovation & Development team (nutraceutical), ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.

3.     Develop innovative and market-relevant products across nutraceuticals, health supplements, traditional supplements, and functional supplements.

4.     Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, ingredients, technologies, and emerging health & wellness trends.

5.     Translate consumer needs and market insights into creative product concepts and commercially viable formulations.

6.     Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and suppliers throughout the product development process.

7.     Summarise market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps, trends, and opportunities.

8.     Manage multiple product development projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's Degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.

2.     5 years and above of relevant experience in product development, R&D, innovation, or nutraceutical/health supplement industries.

3.     Strong experience in developing nutraceutical, health, traditional, or functional supplement products.

4.     Experience in leading and managing a team.

5.     Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging health & wellness trends.

6.     Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique and commercially viable product concepts.

7.     Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, product functionality, and product positioning.

8.     Good understanding of regulatory and product compliance requirements.

9.     Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

10.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

11.  Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
