Product Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with company objectives and market demand
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and positioning opportunities
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on customer feedback and market insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch
• Create and manage product roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior management
• Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
• Manage product pricing strategies and analyse profitability to optimise market positioning
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform continuous product improvements and iterations
• Identify market opportunities for new products or product extensions within the automotive sector

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market from concept to launch
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent understanding of the Indonesian automotive market, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product vision to diverse stakeholders
• Experience with market research methodologies and customer insights gathering
• Project management expertise with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence without direct authority
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with product management tools and software is advantageous
• Knowledge of automotive regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is preferred
