Product Manager

–     Drive brand visibility and specification-in with M&E consultants, project architects, and IT infrastructure designers

–     Manage and grow our active dealer network; identify and recruit high-quality new channel partners

–     Develop product positioning and sales tools to compete against competitors

–     Execute brand-building activities - dealer showcases, trade shows, and product demonstrations

–     Monitor active data center and enterprise projects; engage M&E subcontractors early in the project cycle

–     Work with the sales team on pricing strategy, pipeline tracking, and reporting

Job Requirements

–     3+ years in structured cabling, ICT infrastructure, or systems integration

–     Familiar with Cat 6A, fiber optic cabling, and TIA/EIA or ISO/IEC standards

–     Background in channel sales, brand management, or distribution is a strong advantage

–     Self-starter - able to own a brand program and move without being micromanaged

–     Strong communicator; comfortable with consultants, contractors, and enterprise clients

–     Knowledge of Philippine construction procurement (PhilGEPS, M&E landscape) is preferred

–     ECE, EE, or related degree; or equivalent field experience
