PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Summary

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating market insights into compelling product strategies that align with the Hospital's objectives and meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hospital and create strategies to improve existing hospital services and products.

Job Requirements

• Develops and executes comprehensive product strategies to assigned segment aligned with the Hospital's goals and market opportunities in the healthcare sector.

• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

• Managing the product lifecycle, including planning for product launches, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions for product optimization.

• Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market data to inform product improvements and enhancements

• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and return on investment.

• Managing product budgets and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and resource allocation efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related field; advanced degree such as MBA or similar is advantageous;

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the healthcare industry

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market

• Excellent analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Knowledge in market research methodologies and competitive analysis

• Experience working in cross-functional team environments and managing internal and external partnerships
