Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of Hubble Connected products. The primary goal of this role is to ensure timely, high-quality product launches by coordinating across manufacturing vendors, design houses, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in transforming product concepts into successful market-ready solutions, balancing innovation, operational execution, and customer needs.

You will work closely with global teams in the USA, Hong Kong, China, and India ensuring seamless collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development Oversight

  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing vendors and design houses to manage timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth execution of product specifications.

• Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners, design agencies, and component suppliers.
  • Negotiate timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks to ensure reliable execution.
  • Monitor vendor performance and proactively address risks in supply chain or production.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with R&D, product design, and engineering teams to translate customer insights into product requirements.
  • Align with marketing and sales teams to ensure product positioning, launch readiness, and market fit.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to maintain transparency and accountability.

• Operational Execution

  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely approvals, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements in key geographies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product development processes to enhance speed-to-market.

• Market & Customer Focus

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Support product launches with clear documentation, training materials, and technical support.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in consumer technology or IoT.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing operations, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification processes across global markets.
