• Marketing Sensing & Strategy Development
• Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends and competitor landscape.
• Co-work with global team to investigate the market and product strategy.
• Work with R&D and operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer requirement and market trend
• Manage the product lifecycle
• Develop Business Plan
• Work cross functionally to achieve sales, technology and operation goals along with financial goals.
• Implement pricing policy as defined by team leader.

New Product Development & Launch

• Create new projects for platform product and collaborate with project management team to launch the product on time.
• Provide product information and samples to customers and sales team in support of new product launches
• Gather product specification and product attribute information for the development of marketing promotion. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in technical, Engineering or related field
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Project Management/Product Management Background are preferred
• At least 5-10 years of working experience in application engineering, project manager or engineering. Relevant product or industry experience desire
• Operational experience with electronics manufacturing / manufacturing engineering preferable
• Demonstrated excellent communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with exceptional listening skills
• Good command of English.
• Flexibility in working days and regional travel are required.
